Shipping, Rates, and Order Processing

  • Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days of placing your order, excluding weekends and holidays
  • Your order will be shipped the next business day after processing is complete, excluding weekends and holidays
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not process until the next business day, after order processing is complete. Business days are classified as Monday - Friday excluding holidays.
  • You will receive a Tracking Number once your order has been prepared for shipment

Not In Stock Orders (NIS): If during a rare chance an item is found to be NIS from your order, GLO Culture Boutique will issue a refund for the item at the time of shipment. Please allow the standard 2-3 business days to see your refund post to your payment method. 

Shipping within the United States

    • USPS Standard Shipping $8.99
    • 5-7 business days after order processing is complete
    • UPS Ground $23.00
    • 3 business days after order processing is complete
    • San Antonio TX orders typically arrive the next business day, dependent upon UPS's work load

    GCB is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS or UPS

    Lost or Damaged Packages: GCB is not responsible for orders lost or damaged while in transit. GCB cannot replace your package if it is lost or damaged during transit. Please contact USPS or UPS as outlined below regarding lost or damaged packages.

    USPS Lost Packages:

    • If your package was lost or damaged, you will need to file a claim with your nearest USPS office and provide them with the Tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and the USPS. USPS may or may not issue you a refund for the value of your package.

    UPS Lost Packages:

    • If your package was lost or damaged, you will need to file a claim with UPS  and provide them with the Tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and UPS.
