Shipping, Rates, and Order Processing

  • Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of placing your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not process until the next business day, within 12 - 48 hours. Business days are classified as Monday - Friday excluding holidays.
  • You will receive a Tracking Number once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Not In Stock Orders (NIS): If an item is found to be NIS from your order, GLO Culture Boutique will issue a refund for the item at the time of shipment. Please allow the standard 3-7 business days to see the refund post to your bank card. 

Shipping within the United States

    • USPS First Class Shipping $8.99
    • 4-7 business days after 12-48 hour order processing time
    • UPS Ground $23.00
    • 3 business days after 12-48 hour order processing time

    GCB is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS

    Lost or Damaged Packages: GCB is not responsible for orders lost or damaged while in transit. GCB cannot replace your package if it is lost or damaged during transit, as this is a risk that we all take as online shoppers.

    USPS Lost Packages:

    • If your package was lost or damaged, you will need to file a claim with your nearest USPS office and provide them with the Tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and the USPS. USPS may or may not issue you a refund for the value of your package.

    UPS Lost Packages:

    • If your package was lost or damaged, you will need to file a claim with UPS  and provide them with the Tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and UPS.
