If you are unhappy with your purchase we can issue a store credit minus shipping and handling. A restock fee of 20% per item will apply.

- White Clothing
- Final Sale items
- Makeup/Cosmetics/Beauty products that are applied to the skin
- Gift Cards
Issues with your purchased item(s) must be addressed with GLO Culture Boutique within (7) calendar days of receiving the merchandise. You may notify us via email at, firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond within 48 business hours to confirm your request.

The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs when returning merchandise. The item(s) should be returned to GLO Culture Boutique within (7) days of GLO Culture Boutique approving the return. A Tracking Number is required when returning your item(s) to ensure that we receive it.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise GLO Culture Boutique (GCBB) will inspect the item for accuracy and damage. If no damage has occurred, including scents from perfume, lotion, body odor, deodorant, etc, the purchaser will be issued a store credit in the form of an electronic Gift Card, excluding restock fee and shipping charges within three (3) business days.
GCBB is not responsible nor can we control fabric flaws and variations woven into the fabric or left on the fabric from the vendor or manufacturer. We thoroughly inspect all clothing received from vendors, and try to make note on our website of certain items where we see a fabric variation. This is usually the case with white denim.
ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER FOR A REFUND.
Any Returns sent to us without prior approval from GCBB will NOT be processed for a store credit. Unapproved Returns will be rejected and returned to Sender.
