Return & Refund Policy
Unhappy with your purchase? No problem! It is our policy to issue a store credit in the form of a Gift Card minus shipping and handling. All Sales are final, GCB does not issue cash refunds.
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
- Intimate Apparel
- White Clothing
- Clearance or Blow-out Sale items
- Makeup/Cosmetics/Beauty products that are applied to the skin
- Gift Cards
Return Timeframe: Issues with your purchased items must be addressed with GCB within (7) calendar days of receiving the merchandise.
Request Return: The first step is to notify GCB via email at, email@example.com. GCB will respond within 48 business hours to confirm your request. Please provide the reason for your return request.
Tracking Number Required: The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs when returning merchandise. A Tracking Number is required when returning your item(s) to ensure that GCB receives it.
Store Credit: Upon receipt of the returned merchandise GCB will inspect the item for accuracy and damage. If no damage has occurred, including scents from perfume, lotion, body odor, deodorant, etc, GCB will issue a store credit in the form of an electronic Gift Card, excluding shipping charges within 1 - 2 business days.
Unapproved Returns: Any Returns sent to GCB without prior approval will NOT be processed for a store credit. Unapproved Returns will be rejected and returned to Sender.
Fabric Flaws: GCB is not responsible nor can we control fabric flaws, fabric variations, or nuances woven into the fabric from the vendor or manufacturer. GCB thoroughly inspects all items received from vendors and manufacturers, and we try to make note on our website of certain items where we see a fabric variation. This is usually the case with white denim.
Canceling an Order: Once an order is placed we are unable to cancel the order for a refund. If you chose the wrong size immediately email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the correct size that is needed.
